I saw a quick clip of the manga... the main character cant use magic and the clip was about a competition were hes female partner (i think she is hes partner..) summon magic gauntlet and magic sword for him to use... the last "phase" of that event he was throwing those sword at somes "rock" flying golem..?

The no magic, competition, the female partner and the summoning of a sword are the only parts that really fits but could it be Eiyuu to Kenja no Tensei Kon? Those things happen towards the end of chapter 10.

I think the one you're talking about might be Wistoria's Wand and Sword. It's a scene that happens not too far into the manga. It's also getting an anime adaptation right now and I think it's really good.
