At first I thought he was just gonna walk out, but then I remembered "Oh yeah, this is a Kouji manga."

I can see why people are a little disappointed with the where this manga is going. I tried defending this series at first saying that Haruto wasn't your typical romance main, but that's not the case so much anymore.

I first started reading thinking this would be a nice slice of life-ish romance story, but i guess Kouji ran out of ideas and started over w/ the Tokyo arc. Now it's the standard cliche shounen romance stories he's used to writing.

I'm gonna start calling this "Kimi no Iru Machi 2", since the old better manga died when Haruto transferred. I don't hate it, I just feel like I've been duped.

God Haruto really needs to let Eba go. She's bloody mean to him, spends an entire year trying to get together with him and when she finally does she's just like... "nah, I'll go back to tokyo." This manga is prolly going to end up with Haruto and Eba together but christ she's mean to Haruto.

And Haruto... He needs to get over it and stop being pushed around by Eba. Now that she's said that she dosen't want him straight to his face, and he just found out she has a boyfriend and that boyfriend is his best mate he should come to his senses and stop following her obidiently like a dog.

Well, I think that Eba sticks with Kazama because of his illness (he will probably die soon 😕 ).It seems that once again because of her stupid kindness she is gonna hurt the person she love(IMO). I agree with Maxlurifax. Haruto should just let Eba go and love someone else(like Kanzaki).

damn I saw this coming from back when the other male dude was introduced with a illness. But now that this actually happened I can somewhat proudly say Eba is a stupid bi*ch, she is probably just going out with that dude cause he has a illness and feels bad for him. Or he can just be lieing about it to get people to feel bad for him.
Haruto needs to grow some like fast.

There is one way to salvage this manga.

I don't care if Eba is whith Kazama only becouse is sick (if i have a girfrend i not going out whith another girl only becouse she is sick it is plane stupid).

JUST DROP THE EBA CHARACTER MAKE HER A SEGUNDARY CHARACTER AND MAKE HARUTO MOVE ON GIVE HIM A PORPOSE A NEW GIRL.

this sucks, i read quite a bit on the forums since the time Haruto went to tokya, and everyone expecting Eba to get together with his new found friend but still.. it's too disappointing. If i were him i'd give them the middle finger! ughh.. this story is turning out to be the usual story line kind of romance manga. Well, what else can we expect?

Way back in chapter 70, when Haruto goes on the school trip, Eba gives him the bag with the shirt and the note. Then, they kiss. Was that kiss just a lie? A final hoorah for her?

I for one hope they don't get back together and I am pretty sure we are gonna have to go through a few chapters of Eba and Haruto reaction to her being the boyfriend of his new friend. I think it will end up with him just leaving her. Still, seriously a lot of mess up stuff in this manga.

I got another theory on this new development. When Haruto went to Tokyo on his school trip, there was scenes of Eba buying a gift for him and being all happy about it. Then she saw Haruto and Kanzaki together. After that, Haruto and Eba didn't meet until that night. Between that time frame, something must've happened to Eba like she was going to be into some kind of accident and Kazama, who said he was trying to get with her for a while, saved her, she found out about his illness and still hurt from the Haruto/Kanzaki incident said yes. It gave her time to write the letter and give it to Haruto that night.
