Hello!

About 7 years ago I read this Manhwa (or possibly webtoon, but it was Korean):

1. The MC had amnesia (maybe from getting hit by a car, or that happened after, but at some point he's hit by a car).
2. Was convinced by this younger girl that he was her father (or brother?), and he was responsible for her.
3. The girl had some powers/was an experiment of this organization, so she and the MC are being pursued by these people.
4. There's a lady cop (and her male partner?) also pursuing them. I think she's investigating the organization looking for the girl as well.
5. They escape from a hospital at some point (this was possibly related to the MC getting bodied by a car).

I read it on one of those manga apps back around 2014, I remember it was Korean specifically because after reading what was available I had to turn to raws that hadn't been translated. I used an online Korean translator to struggle through the next few chapters myself lol.

I think it might have been color but I can't really remember the art style at all, just the plot.
