i heard about it from others and don't remember the name now. all i remember is the cover art.

there was quite a big size difference among the leads. the bigger one was was really buff. the smaller one was almost twink like, as in very thin, not built. the buff one was sitting on a throne(?) and the smaller one was sprawled across his lap looking scandalized.

other stuff i remember but im rlly not sure abt:
the title might have been something like (__)'s wife.
and maybe the buff dude was from a different group (race?) of people that were, for lack of better explanation, "built different"
