I'm looking for a manga w/ a character who looks like the typical uke type but turns out to be crazy. The seme must not be totally fine w/ this. At the very least he should have a shocked and maybe scared look on his face. Even better if he feels hopeless, scared, trapped, and regret for hitting on the guy. Even better if he's a aggressive jerk who ends up having the tables turned on him.

You would probably like:

-Mamiya Seitai Ningyouten by the same artist. In chapter 6 Strong, Cute, Brave The uke acts all innocent just to get bullied. When that starts to fail -due to interruption- his true colours start to show.
-G-Senjou no Neko ...sorta fits, but it is not really yandere crazy. The uke is black and white depending on what personality of his is "out". So he is still mentally unstable and puts his seme through a lot.

I have not read these yet, but they are apparently BL yandere:

-Akanai Tobira
-Kawaii Akuma
-Aitsu no Daihonmei
-Mimitabu no Riyuu
-Otonage.
-Yatte Yaru, Konya!

These are not BL manga, but there are also slashable yandere characters in:

-Get Backers
-Pandora Hearts
-Mirai Nikki (but the yandere part is with a girl, but there is a gay character in the manga who likes the main character- not sure if it fits, but I'll name drop it any-who)

OH WAIT WAIT, there was this one-shot in Morotomo with a messed-up uke!priest that did terrible, terrible things to the men he loved (won't tell you what things he did, though, as that'd be a spoiler).

Pretty sure Grant My Wish's main yakuza star counts as a seriously damaged, potentially violent uke... I think. My memory's kinda vague... Poor guy had more than enough 'history' to justify it, though.

That drug-smuggling uke from one of the early chapters in Switch was definitely yandere...

Eeeeep, and HOW COULD I FORGET? Double Mints! Freakiest, most violent, most yandere uke ever! DON'T MISS IT!

Kaoru Maniac's olfacatorily-gifted super-uke counts as well, although I don't like Dr. Ten's work by default, so, yeah. I wouldn't recommend this normally.

Fujisaki Kou has plenty of yandere or almost-yandere ukes... Like Kaoru from Virgin Love (to a lesser extent) and Dakenai Jikan (to a much greater extent - as in, the uke blackmails the seme into sleeping with him, when it's usually the reverse).

The final crowning victory goes to Yoshinaga Fumi's "My Eternal Sweetheart" (second one-shot from Don't Say Any More, Darling) for most dangerous and most innocent-looking uke.

Sigh. Yandere semes are so much more common...!

Edit: In the subtext category, Alois Trancy from the second season of the Kuroshitsuji anime definitely counts as a yandere uke.
