I can't remember if this was a oneshot or a bonus chapter in another manga. It was a cute story about this student council rep (or president?) with black hair and glasses who took care of everyone and was super nice. This underclassman (brown hair? slightly taller?) started taking care of him because it turned out they rode the same train and the black haired upperclassman had fallen asleep on the younger one's shoulder.

It was pure fluffy adorable.

Anyway, I read it years ago (might've been from Storm in Heaven, Bliss, Beautiful Soup, or MegKF but couldn't find it in the shuffle). Would appreciate help greatly.
