Unfortunately, its not a manga but a novel. It does not appear to be translated into english. The author is Asuka. I can't read Japanese so I can't figure out the title or the illustrator. (2 online translators delivered totally different translations.) Here is the address for the site I found selling the book; perhaps someone who can read Japanese can provide more info.
