Thanks so much for starting this topic, therefore - otherwise, I doubt I'd have checked for updates on this series.

Although reading the new chapter has just intensified my curiosity and hunger for more updates by x1000!

It's strange, you know. The more I read, the more I support Yoshimi. However, I like Akito better than before, too. I mean, at the beginning, around chapters 3 and 4, I hated Aki - but now, even with hoping for Yoshimi to win, I kind of like Akito, too. Heh. Fine character development, I guess. I adore this series~

from what i've heard, the person who paid for the website is out of the country right now and thus unable to renew it right now. as far as them "being dead" it was premature on the part of certain people(and groups) to assume that. from what i've heard through the grapevine, they are alive and planning on continuing certain projects. as the saying goes, it's not over until the fat lady sings! and she hasn't sung yet!

I'm going to choke and strangle the fat lady before she can sing, Mei! Gokujou no Koibito labelled 'discontinued' is going to break far too many hearts - Hochuuami won't be so cruel as to do something of that sort. 😛

sadly, an_ink_pen, the fat lady has sung for many a group lately. what with the lack of staff, lack of appreciation from leechers, and bickering between groups, many people have just thrown in the towel. i know my 2 groups haven't released in ages simply because all of the translators and editors got busy with RL and had to stop working. it's a sad state of affairs. and yet the leechers still b*tch and whine for releases. it's enough to make me want to smack people. hopefully the upcoming summer months will see an increase in staff able to translate and edit so that groups can get stuff released!

We can see that they released finally...no need to make a thread about it...
