It hasn't been that long since I last did this but there's been a major change. I bought a PlayStation 3.
I will hopefully start on Uncharted: Drake's Fortune soon, download Super Stardust HD, download the Burnout Paradise demo and various other PSN demos, I will still be playing Team Fortress 2, and I'll be picking up Warcraft III's custom game DotA again.
I also have MotorStorm but I might sell that or play it later. I also look forward to Ninja Gaiden Sigma and Folklore.

so you decided to go for the ps3 rather than the 360. what is your ps3 username? i might be able to play with you in motorstorm. ninja gaiden sigma is pretty good. if you haven't tried oblivion yet, you might wanna try that as well.
only game im waiting for right now is burnout paradise. there's hardly any rpg so haven't been playing much recently

No, you're wrong the capacity of the PS3 has nothing to do with playing or not playing PS2 games...

As far as I know, the new 40gb version doesn't run any ps2 games, but the older 60gb version runs some.
