I am playing one of the Harvest Moon games, Tree of Tranquility.
I'm rather obsessed with the series - have pretty much every game they made for Nintendo whether its for the snes, gba, cube, wii etc etc and one for PS1 as well........ BUT, I am not sure if I am liking this one, it seems a little lame. Just started it though. Meh, it still seems kinda lame.Anyway, I think for most people, the whole Harvest Moon series must seem kinda lame so I suppose I am not surprising you by telling you that it seems lame. But, for someone like me who looooooooooves these games, yeah, it is surprising and a huge disappointment. (Specially cause I just gave out my last cast for the month for it) 🤣
I'm curious about Harvest Moon. I used to play a game with the same title in my cellphone and was wondering if it's the same. Do you plant things and then harvest them for points that you can exchange to develop your living area?
For me, I'm restarting FFXIII. One of the reasons is that I find it so fracking hard to beat the enemies in chapter 10, lol.

Yeah it is a Farming Sim. I don't know how complex the one you are playing on the cellphone is, but the series has spawned both complex and simple games depending on the console, but the main premise remains being a successful farmer. In most games though you also raise livestock, breed them etc. Another main goal is to become friends with the townspeople and to get married, have children etc. with someone.
The wii games of the series have been especially interesting because of their novel features (like making plant hybrids, breeding silkworms and making silk etc...).

Ah, I see. It sounds a lot like Farmville, tho I don't play it. The one I had on my cellphone is simply harvesting the crops that is continously growing. But I did have something like that in my laptop once. I think I'll try it. Thanks!

The only harvest moon I played was a PS1 version which I think was called harvest moon back to nature, it has always been one of my personal favorites!

Red Steel 2
I got it yesterday. I enjoyed the first one, and I'm liking this one even more. The Wii motion plus does what it says, it can really pick up the movements well.
Lots of hours are gonna be spent on this one 🤣

Infinite space.
Damn this stupid game is addictive.
The battle mechanics are really simple and somewhat uneventfull, exploration is limited and there is no voice acting.
But damn it, there is just something about this game that makes me pick it up and play for hours on end.
