It looks like artwork by Akira Norikazu. It may just be a stand-alone image. Sorry that I am no further help with the source.

From the DP website: "Most of our banners are postcard scans, novel illustrations or wallpapers released by the publisher so they are not tied to a manga."
Also, it definitely is artwork by the aforementioned manga-ka.
