I saw the manga at a Barnes and Noble earlier this year, before Covid-19 broke out so it must have been translated into and published in English recently. However, the art style and some of the info suggested that the original manga was published much earlier, perhaps in the 1980s. The plot seemed to revolve around a woman raised to be an assassin or a spy (I'm not certain on this) and featured various international settings, especially in Europe and the Middle East. The art style was pretty distinct and while it wasn't explicit, there were some scenes of nudity.
