Can't remember all the details but here are some more. Uke was quite young and looked very feminine, I think his mother died in one of the chapters. He took some sleeping pills and seme found out that he'd been taking them, and realized that uke has trouble dealing with everything.

Not really sure if this is it, but I figured I would post this just in case.

Kare no Niwa ni Saku Hana - chapter 6 - the Uke is feminine looking, he is addicted to sleeping pills and when they seme first meets him they are in a club (not a cafe - this is what makes me think that this may not be it) also the uke's mom is dead I think....
