well sorry to disappoint you there but this is not on their to do list. Is just something one of the editor and proffer want to do because they accidentally found a translation script on the net and decided to do it. Just hope they will make it their project for now. 🙄

Did NCIS really do it? I can't find an announcement or anything on their site.

Unless it's on their IRC channel, of course. And I generally fail at IRC 😛

The translator agreed to translate chapter 6 and 7, which is all that is out at this time. So cross your fingers and hope the translator is fast enough =D
