The 😉 face has been broken for years in the forum part of the site. I'll admit I was too lazy to post something in the suggestions even though it bugged me when I use it (fairly regularly too) and the image wouldn't show up.

But here's a post saying, "Yeah, I noticed," I guess? 🤣 😳
