I read this manga years ago about cousins(?). The uke is older and kind of naive (and smol), and he calls the seme Ta-kun. I think the seme calls the uke piggy since the seme is a "wolf", and the seme is kind of a bully. The uke either works for or owns a flower shop, and the seme comes in asking for flowers every day as an excuse to see the uke.

That's about all the details I can remember. I've been searching for this since yesterday, and I'm slowly going nuts.

It is Chapter 4 of Yume ni Tobu Tori by Naono Bohra. Its title is actually Hana Mo Arashi Mo.
