i totally agree. do you ever read fan fiction? for awhile there were all these theories about naruto's origin, and how he might be an uchiha. well i dismissed the notion and more so believed that the atkatsuki would purge the kyuubi from naruto freeing up all that chakra that was reserved for keeping him alive making him ultra strong like his dad, but now i wonder if he's going to lose it or not. here are two possibilities: 1) the sharingan manifested from the kyuubi or 2) the kyuubi manifested from the sharingan. maybe naruto will gain the use of the sharingan through the foxes chakra
it's also interesting that konoha is in the land of fire, the uchiha's are the masters of fire techniques, and the kyuubi emits a red chakra.
anyway back on topic... i think it's pain's weak point. that's the big secret. why would he need six bodies with very limited uses. jiraiya kicked the shit out of three of them so its not as though they are stand alone tough. my guess is none of those bodies are pain and his true form is...

Anyways, I'm thinking somewhat like the Harry Potter scenario,
Pain split his soul into several pieces, plants them into other bodies that he had killed before and uses it as many connected to one. Kinda like the horcrux but move alive than objects.
