That was the perfect chance for Eri to tell the truth to Harima, but she acted like she doesn't even know what he's talking about.

(This is just one way the mangaka is trying to extend the story)

The story is definitely not in square 1.

Its Harima. Finally he was able to do a step and that counts. A lot.
And of course the chapter was really funny, you still want more? Im sure it was because of the quantity of pages... this has to be done all the time.

i know where you're coming from totalanime, im starting to get pissed off at this -_-

i mean, its nice and all to have chapters like these in the beginning, but once you start to really get into the characters, elusive plots start to get you agitated, and you really want at least some form of solid progress to sate your anxiety.

other then the empty feeling i get character-relationship-wise from this chapter, i hafta admit, it was very very amusing. Bye Bye Mr. Pride.

on another similar note, any1 feel that tenma seemed a bit out of character in this chapter? lol

I'm pretty sure Harima and Eri are done based on 217. I think things were starting to progress between them but Yakumo telling Harima that Eri loves him really messed it up. Harima became ultra confident and tried to reject Eri but she acted like she didn't have any idea what he was talking about. Therefore Harima felt as if he was the one who got dumped. I'm sure he wants nothing to do with her from now on. Yakumo now has him all to herself as long as she takes the proper steps. I really like the Eri Harima relationship but I expected this to happen, after all they are polar opposites.

yeh, this chapter is pretty weird, not so easy to understand as the other school rumble...

plus the relationship doesn't seem to go anywhere, but it is school rumble, only side characters are allowed to have relationships...

but still, it is rather disappointing to see this sort of outcome to something that was so dramatic (215 i liked a lot..).

i'll still keep reading though, not going to stop with just this, not like this is the first time anyways..

I'm not really sure that this series is getting anywhere but I'll continue to read it because I like the characters alot.
