This is actually a really common request!
You should probably be more specific in what in particular you would like to see in this genre. Like, do you just like the game theory aspects of it (good of individual vs. good of all) or do you also like the psychological warfare? The protagonists? The unique "games" present in the manga?

Liar Game is pretty unique, so it's difficult to think of anything else like it. Oh, well. Will give it a shot.
Kakegurui, maybe.
Tobaku Haouden Rei and its sequel.
Tobaku Mokushiroku Kaiji and its sequels.
And the most recent series by the author of LG: Muteki no Hito
Riman Gambler Mouse, another maybe.

Thanks Suxinn, I'll look back over the other topics. To be more specific, I'm looking for a manga that incorporates the types of games discussed in game theory, but it doesn't have to be an actual structured 'game'. For example, The Dark Knight uses some really classic games like the Prisoner's Dilemma, which is also used in Liar Game, but it's a 'real life' scenario in The Dark Knight, whereas in Liar Game the characters are always in an artificial gaming scenario. I give not a fig for the protagonists (though I liked Akiyama and Nao). 🙂
Thanks Calstine, I'll check them out.

Usogui has some great gaming components, albeit it also features a heavy fighting element.
