I was reading a yaoi that this guy would go to his apartment and a ghost guy would just show up there and do things... I think he also showed up at the guys office to. Its like only this one guy can see him. The ghost guy has a real body i beleave it was also but its like he projects his soul or something. I can't remember the name of this manga at all... I wanted to reread it.
