the girl looks like the vamp in Shingetsutan Tsukihime Lunar Legend but no where in the anime does she look exactly like late....so i do agree it could be fanart

It looks like an edited picture, because it look at the edge of the ears its miscolored, but the kind of art on the victim isn't the same as the neko, so I'm thinking its a layered edit pic....in my opinion, because its easy to do something like that in photoshop...
