Uke drunk and complaining to his boss?

I'm looking for a manga but, like always, I forget things so it's gonna a little vague.
The uke went drinking with his boss (or colleague, but I think it was his boss) and when he was drunk, he said that he didn't feel good in the office and that he felt awkward around the other people. I don't know what exactly he said. I think the other workers might have been not nice to him too, I don't know. The next morning the uke didn't remember but the seme did and I think that's when his interest in the uke started. I might be a little off about this all but I still hope someone know what I'm talking about. I've been looking for it for a while D;
