He did. IIRC, he's also content with just serving under Kenpachi, not succeeding him.

So I guess Kubo really did forget about Chad and Orihime. They've got to be on a really big roof for them to not be seen at all, and it seems Urahara knew all along about these guys but didn't tell anyone until it was almost too late. Not cool dude.

I thought for sure that Renji would be a captain.
Also how the hell is Kenpachi carrying his sword on his shoulder like that with the wall so close. Last I remembered he had a fairly long sword.
I hope Kenpachi tries to fight Ichigo after this is over like he always does.

I knew that I had forgotten something in my comments...
Chad and Inoue were there a few chapters ago fighting Ichigo, but about the time that Ginjo turned against Ichigo and explained Tsukishima's powers, they conveniently disappeared...
And, wasn't everyone that Ichigo ever cared for in the mansion that is right behind Ginjo (and in the path of this huge new Getsuga Tenshou)? It might be a good idea to hold the power back a little bit...

Yay, first Rukia's back, then the rest!
Renji looks cool w/ the new look, Hitsugaya looks older, and I can't wait to see Ichigo kick Ginjo's ass...
Oh and Tsukishima...
And it's time for Orihime to get jealous again, but I have one question, if Ginjo and Tsukishima were scheming to steal Ichigo's powers, were the others in on it too?
I mean Riruka seems to have developed a crush on Ichigo, or was it all an act?

Hitsugaya looks even more emo now...
Somehow I feel that this chapter is kinda like a fanservice? Kubo knows the readers love the Gotei 13 so he brings the most popular ones to make them happy. I love this chapter but I won't get my hopes up. Kubo's good at drawing cool appearance scenes and then annoy the hell out of me with the story.

I basically screamed throughout the whole chapter lol.
Finally FINALLY Kubo Tite gives us something worth applauding for us. It's like he's trying to bring us down with the whole Fullbring thing, and then BAM Rukia, Gotei 13 and Ichigo's power came striking back!! Nice one 😀
I still want to cry in relief with Rukia's reappearance. I love her and all, but is it just me, or is her hair too similar to that guy..Yamada? Who has a scalpel for a zanpakuto. Been bothering for a while haha.
Ah~ After weeks of annoyance, finally I get to enjoy Bleach again. It's for epic moments like this that I keep reading manga.

so why exactly do these guys just give their power to ichigo? I mean what was wrong with them just beating the crap out of those guys a long time ago and saving us the trouble, hell Kenpachi would take em all on without breaking a sweat. Its too much fan service and not much sense. Still as a fan it was nice to see.

Aw, come on, but where's the fun in that? You know he'll want to drag it out and milk this new powerup for all it's worth. That's what they do. Besides he had to get his power back some how. I wonder if the up coming fight is going to be quick or long.
