I think its a webtoon. I remember the main character (A) signed himself into the insane asylum voluntarily. His roomate is a clean freak. He meets the other main character (B) who constantly avoids him but hangs out fine with other people. I remember this character is scared of thunderstorms and one day, he (B) was caught outside in the storm and then the other character (A) found him and hugged him and all. It's still ongoing but I've forgotten to keep track of it and forgot the name of the series. It would help me a lot if any of you guys will be able to tell me the name of the series.
