I am in the process of wanting to Translate Outlaw Star manga but unfortunately I can not find any raws of the 3 volumes. Thus, I am asking for a RAW provider to help. If interested send me a PM.

Asking where to download manga raw or scanslated is against the rules...even for those who wish to scanslate a manga.

However, if you are looking to start a group, I ask that you edit your post to "looking for a RAW provider" instead.

Ya I'd like to see this series done also. This guy here has the book and would scan them if he could get a group to translate:

The problem is in getting in touch with him. That was posted over a year ago, and his last login date was around then as well. It is possible that he would see a PM though if he enabled the e-mail thing.

I would edit this manga if you can't find someone else do do it, but the raws are the most important part for now. And does your first sentence mean that you will be translating it?

lol Pepper i just wasted $12 on ebay then and i could of swore i never seen them. I guess its really no problem though, just as long a group is put together to scanlate them. (I know some japanese myself)
