So basically something like a female who often gets embarrassed about doing/talking about romantic stuff and an assertive male that initiates/asks for it. But doesn't necessarily mean the female has to be some prudish virgin or that the male has to be some huge pervert. I don't mind if they do end up doing romantic things (even if it's just implied), so smut/ecchi is ok, just no hentai/adult please
