With the booming amount of harems about, I just wanted to ask is there any girl who would accept to move with the 'crowd' after a single guy? This is something I have wondering about for a long time whenever I come across a harem. Personally, I feel that any girl accepting such a situation or even competing has a bit lacking in self respect 😮 ....but this is just my opinion 😀 ...the silliness of the girls in harems just tips my lid off though I understand were I a guy, I would absolutely relish the situation 😁

Er... I doubt I would... First of all, I don't usually have the tastes that most girls I know have, as I get to know a person before liking them.
Secondly, usually the masses choose crap people to follow ¬_¬
Thirdly, as you may have guessed from the rest of my post, I don't like following the crowd xD
And finally, I wouldn't like to compete for a person's affection - if they return it then it's good, if they don't I'm gonna have to live with it. There's no point on fighting/competing over someone, as, even if you win, they may not like you. It's not a contest.

...From what I've read of harem mangas, the guys are usually idiots, not good-looking, and yet, somehow, insanely popular. So... I'd have to say, if the guy was like that, I highly doubt I'd willingly be a part of a harem.

However, if there's some sort of benefit... I'd think about it.

I agree with most girls here. I'll never, ever allow myself to be in a harem. I find it degrading, I have too much self-respect to be in a harem. 😀 Oh, and like the previous poster said...have you seen the guys in the center of harems?! They're all losers. XD

I would like to be in one...cause I'd take over (by force and giant warhammerzz 0f d00m). Then I'd send the useless main guy to a military camp. Throw out the window the main tsundere and the all-around perfect girl, send the loli to Pedobear, take the strong mature woman to a hippie/flowerpower camp, and trade the rest for my own male-only harem...that sounds better, eh?

Now seriously. I wouldn't accept, under any circumstances. The guys are losers whose only excuse for having so many girls around them is plot device, in RL I can't see that happening not in in a milion years. Not even if the guy was the hottest thing in existance.

Seriously, as soon as other girls start to like the guy I like, I stop liking him. Competing for a guy just turns him into an arse and makes all the participating girls look like idiots.

Hm, probably not a manga-style one, but I definitely have been in that kind of situation before. Actually, I've also been in a reverse-harem situation before, too. ^^;;;
