Despite the title I'm not a 100% sure the female protagonist's name is Ageha, more like 95% certain. Unfortunately, I haven't read this manga in awhile though I do know it has been completely translated into English.

I'm looking for a manga with a male protagonist meets a strange girl named Ageha who has superpowers and looks like his ex-girlfriend but younger. He eventually meets up with his ex and another Ageha that has dark skin. It is eventually revealed Ageha and her twin's appearance seem to be the result of some kind of alien influence that isn't really explained. In the end, the male protagonist and his ex-girlfriend get married. Overall the tone was mostly romantic comedy.
