this is probably the worst chapter i have read so far in any manga ever

Pedro...rapes 5 kids/students
almost rape the MC twice
break the arm of another student
he does not get 5-10years in prison
he does not get deported back to brazil
he instead wins a prize
he gets to join the second karate club
thats pretty good when you think about him having destroyed the life of atleast 5 young boys

not only that
now the mangaka wants us to like him and he is all happy and is going to live with the MC
wtf is wrong with the japanese

am i the only one who thinks this is too much?
and
is it going to get worse?[if that is even possible]
