The reason is chapter 4 of Village Idiot include 2 hentai pages. I don't think they make a mistake, rather they do it to annoy mangareader sites. I don't question their motive but I question their method. I can image a lot of young readers read this series and would be quite shock to see those 2 h pages. The same can be said to people who read it in public (like me, sometimes I read manga at workplace, at lunch break of course, I make sure nobody around though 😀 ).

Ya I was a victim too, but I do not see any reason why it should be deleted. Although there were two very graphic pages, village did release chapter 4.
