How many hours of sleep do you get, average?

I really envy people who can get 5 hours of sleep or less and feel okay. I need at least 7 hours, otherwise I feel like a zombie. On some weekends I sleep for 11 hours.

i cant sleep past 09:00 for some reason
if i do i will get a nasty headache
even if its just 10minutes

About 4-8. It depends actually. These are some of the factors that may affect it.
If I'm really tired. Like I cleaned the house or handwashed the laundry.
If it's that time of the month, I sleep longer.
If I'm not feeling well, I sleep earlier.
If I'm reading something really good, sometimes I only sleep for three hours or even two.
