10 hours, easy.

I am a total night owl. But, because of early work I try and get 6-7hrs. at least.
But, can sleep all day on the weekends.

umm around 14-15 hours on weekends (hangovers are a bitch) and about 4-4 1/2 hours on weekdays (college is a bitch)

7-8 hrs max if I wasn't busy w/ college+friends+girls since i always end up waking after 7-8 hrs of sleeping
if things were busy w/ college+friends+girls then probably 3-4 hrs max but coz of that
I usually end up sleeping for 12 hrs or so during Sundays and thank to that i end up having headaches for too much sleep

I'm doing zero at the moment. Sometimes I just get distracted, you know...

... Well, it says my average is 8-ish... which I completely disagree with. The numbers up there are messed up, since that's based on a three-day weekend, and I didn't have school today; if I did, I would've gotten five hours of sleep.

Normally I get twelve hours on Friday nights, ten - eight on Saturday nights, and then five - six for the rest of the week. If I'm lucky, I may get seven... The internet is waaaaay too addicting, and getting to bed at 10:00 to get eight hours is basically impossible.

Then again, if I were to calculate my time for last year, when I had AP World outlines (I was stupid and always started 'em at midnight; they took me about three hours)... That'd be weird, since I'd get three - two hours of sleep on Thursday nights and, like, sixteen on Friday nights. ._.;

By the calculations, I get about 5-6 hours of sleep every night except Saturday (guitar classes on Saturday morning), when I get anywhere from 8-12 hours of sleep (depending if my environment allows me to sleep. Vacations really throw my sleep patterns off, cuz during then I'm getting an average of 10 hours of sleep a night.

Well, I'm usually awake reading/watching TV until about 11pm, then I sleep in until 7:00am, when I'm rudely awakened by the alarm alerting me to the start of yet another day of merciless torture, formerly known as school.

So, that would make the recommended eight hours, just about >.<

On school days, I get 4-5 hours. On weekends, I get more than 12.

but there are times that i need to stay awake
for 2 or more days straight, and after that i sleep

Sleep, what a wonderful thing. There are times when I have to get up early, but I'm not capable of going to sleep early, which is why today I've operated on six hours of sleep while I prefer something along the lines of nine. However, if you let me, I'll sleep half the day away easily.
