I am looking for a rather complex genre, I want to read about people that have the ability to use 100% of their brain some works comparable to what I am looking for are the series Kyle XY or the movie Limitless now in theatres.

If you like mysteries, I highly recommend you to try Detective Conan because the protagonist is just about able to solve any case with his superior deductive skills. I should also warn you that the manga is very long, but the cases are interesting still.
Death Note's Light is also a character of superior intellect who was able to outsmart the organization chasing him for a long time.

Yes any kind of smartness works, I guess what Im really looking for is people with intellect above normal like Bradley Cooper in Limitless.

I second Liar Game. Seriously, once it picks up, reading it makes you feel stupid compared to this main character. He's ALWAYS one step ahead of you. ALWAYS.
