It's been a long time since I read this unfortunately, so if this is vague I apologize. It's definitely yaoi.

I'm fairly certain it was a two chapter extra in another series. Two best friends are preparing to split up as one debates going to Tokyo University. They've been together since they were young and are known around their town as (I think) Tiger and Dragon for their fighting abilities. (If it helps any, I believe the one who is considering Tokyo Uni plans to do something in broadcasting).

A girl asks the one known as Dragon out, and Tiger pushes his friend to start dating her (though he gets irritated later). While Dragon is with this girl, a gang ambushes Tiger while he's with a few neighbourhood kids and Tiger willingly takes them all on; getting injured in the process. It cuts back to Dragon and his date, now mostly naked and in bed, when the girl answers a call. Find out the girl is the sister(?) of the gang's head and she'd been tasked with distracting Dragon so they could eliminate Tiger. Dragon leaves immediately and goes to find his friend and confesses that he's always liked Tiger. Tiger realizes he likes Dragon, fun stuff starts, etc.

Okay, that wasn't exactly too vague >.> Well, I hope someone recognizes what series this is from because I really liked the story and art with this one.
