My dad listens to NPR whenever we drive. It's quite interesting sometimes

NPR has some good programs, but 99% of the time I forget to turn it on at the right time. 😔

The only good thing on NPR is the jazz programming. The political talk is starkly left leaning.

I'm not American, so I don't get it (I've heard of it, though).....

The 'rest of world' equivalent is probably the BBC World Service..... bitchin radio, that! Sometimes u even get some old Zep live stuff.

Not really, "Car Talk" is fun/funny (and I don't even like cars...) and "Prairie Home Companion" is often very funny as well. My mom listens to "Wait Wait Don't Tell Me" and has told me some really funny parts....and I know there are a few other non-political programs that I've enjoyed.

I left out car talk 🙁

I was referring mainly to the fact that the political analysis sucks. I listen to it sometimes so I can get both sides of the aisle.

Hyperbole for the win.
