Is there SUCH a thing as manhwa that's been turned into anime?

I mean BASED on the manga. Ragnarok anime doesn't count because it was based on the MMORPG, not the manga.

Such cases where manhwa turns into anime? ^_^; I'm curious if that ever happens :3

too much production from japan already.
theres just no need.
chinese dont have many manhua and cartoons because its mostly from japan.

I don't know about any either, I remember I searched a couple years back. Then I went on a long quest for animated shows/movies from Korea. And I found that even though they have a massive amount of shows animated there it's for Japan and the U.S. =__=;; It would be easier finding manwha to drama.

(But if you want to see some animated korean films there is Empress Chung if you can somehow get a hold of it)

It's to bad really, theres so many good manhwas out there and none have been turned into anime or cartoon in Korea. I've even found manhwas to be even better than their manga counterparts in many cases.

To be honest, the only manwha that I read is UxU, but I would love to see that in anime form

as i know there is no manwha to korean animated series adaptation but there are some manga to anime adaptation animated by korean animation studios i think

I don't see why they couldn't. I mean...there's so many Koreans working for the anime industry at the moment. They could if they wanted to, maybe like KimonoJetGirl said, they just don't have the interest to. Plus, by not making anime they're also avoiding having the story being messed up (and somewhat destroyed) like so many manga to anime transitions have coughrosariovampirecough
