I'm searching for a yaoi manga. The only thing I remember is that i think the uke breaks up with the seme . I remember this part of the break up line Seme: break up? Who? Uke:" that would be you and me" (pretty sure this happens in a hospital and the seme is in the hospital bed) Pretty sure there was a misunderstanding between the uke and seme.
