Otomen sort of fits. They propose at the exact same time. Although the girl gives the male lead the common "Let me protect you" speech. This happens at the end of the last volume though, and this manga is pretty long.

They date for awhile and then Hikaru proposes to him after he saves her. They get married and then he finds out, she's actually the super idol Kirara. It deals with their marriage they have to keep secret. He's awestruck a bit, but what's great is that he didn't fall for her because she was the rich idol Kirara. He fell for a weird girl named Hikaru. Her true self. So the super idol stuff is just kind of a bonus for him after the luck he's had with women.

Last Game sorta.

It skips ahead to the wedding of the 2 leads, but their friends make fun of the male lead because what happens is that he usually plans out his proposals/confessions and the female lead always just beats him to it by bluntly saying she likes him or they should get married.
