Story was in medieval era, i think it was like in france medieval era ?

MC was a female girl who wants to be a painter, his mother against it, telling her to marry than to find a job. MC say she was talented and want pursue her dreams, he motherr tell her, no matter what talented you are, you are WOMAN.

basically at that era, woman was inferior than man. Woman only allowed to work a chore work like doing laundry , cooking, sewing clothes. Outside it ? no they can't. They can't be a painter, doctor, musician, teacher,merchant, or such. Their job was limited and they also get pay less than man.

Most women there can't read/write, they won't allowed to go to school because their parents think it was useless and they will marry anyway. The only one who can write/read are from middle rank rich family or from noble family.

MC was from noble family and her mother want to marry her to good family.

MC then want to prove to her mother that she can be independent and become a painter.

She then try to enter a work shop and begged to be accepted as student there. The man there laugh at him and refused. Some were mad because she was more talented than them when she show her painting works. The owner of work shop was a famous painter, he was an old man. He then tell our mc in painting work shop, they also need physical job like lifting heavy objects like paper, the ink, delivering the painting , tidying the room, etc that somehow just want to shoo her away.

She proves the old man by doing all chore works and got accepted by her hard works.

MC then meets many characters

1. The noble girl whose parents died and she inherited their business. She got mocked by other nobles and asked just get married because you are beautiful and bla bla bla. But the noble girl proves them wrong and managed to expand the business greatly, but even so all the man still looking down on her and harrased her. Many man then try to propose to her and she think they are after her money and make her a prize of trophy like hey i managed to tame her as my wife. The noble girl like the painter girl because she was similar as her, independent and strong and woman painter are so rare. She then give the painter girl job to paint her and such because she know nobody will hire her because she's a woman. The noble girl is quite beautiful and cunning i think, she hates man greatly because the world she lives really look down at her gender.

2. A young man who works at workshop, same age as our mc. He have two older sister and one young sister + one older brother. Father was a civil servant who was depressed that he can't marry two of his older daughter no matter how much he proposed two of them to many family(basically the daughter was'nt that popular and peope refused the father proposal). Father told his two son to cherish their sisters and bam the sisters treat those two brothers like slave. The young man was quite fond /respect with the painters girl, she was strong and independent, he saw her running all day delivering painting, paints and paper without complaining. He then decided to not piggy ride his little sister and ask her to walk on her feet while his little sister complained her feet hurts walking, then young man smiled c'mon you can do it.

3.another young girl who works at sewing company, she can't write/read because she born from low class. The company workes are woman from young to old. All of them complained they work all day from night to morning and they got very less pay. The super visor was a man was mad and looking down at them "can you read the order from our clients ?, can you read how much we need to make and how much we need to deliver ? oops you can't even read their address". The man was mad at the woman workers and want to teach them a lessons, you guys won't get any work , good luck, and he left and tossing the delivery order papers . Our mc then come and take over, giving orders based from the papers and they managed to fill the quota for the day. When the man come back and smiling, i will change my mind if you girls beg on me. All the woman was smiling and say here is our quota, we already make the orders and delivered it, btw we quit now and will make our own company. The painters girl then teach the woman there how to read/write, and she teach it to the young girl who befriend her.
