I can't find it anywhere on the internet, but I know it existed at some point...
It's an old manga about this girl who makes toys. These toys can come to life and become human dudes.
There's a fish (I think), a purple spotted toy, and something else. (<---- The toys she has)
There's also another human character who also makes toys, and his is a black thing... (or something, don't remember) but I'm pretty sure it had wings...

ANNNDD!!! I'm kind of very sure the title was "Yui!", but searching it now only shows more recent stuff. I tried limiting the search to 2000-2010 but nothing. Literally nothing could be found, really weird.
