I've noticed that's used a bit where the main guy/girl falls for the other main guy/girl who's in love with someone in the hospital. Eventually they are let go by that person to be with the other main lead. Are there any where its reversed? One of the 2 main leads is sick/hospitalized and the main lead ends up with them instead of the other person? There have been a few times where I thought lead should have ended up with the person in the hospital instead. No tragedy please.
