I'm looking for Bl manga/manhwa that starts as Shounen Ai but changes to Yaoi.

Examples:

• Cherry Blossoms After Winter - * The first 2 seasons are Shounen-ai but by the 3rd it becomes Yaoi*
• Don't Build My Hopes Up - *The main story is Shounen-ai but the extended story is Yaoi *
• The Third Ending - The same as Don't Build My Hopes Up, it changed to Yaoi in the extended version
• Back to School - Again the main story was Shounen-ai but the side story was Yaoi
