I'm sorry if I post in the wrong place but I reckon this is the most appropriate to post since it's general discussions about all manga.

My friend and I just worked on a new chapter of the manga "Ryuuroden" aka "Legend of the dragon's son" this weekend. (As far as I know, the latest release on #lurk is vol 13, chap 47. So we started with vol 13 chap 48).

I know this is NOT a download site, therefore I would like to ask the mods permissions whether I can post the download link (it's mediafire) here or not. This is an individual work so I don't have any website, forum, torrent, IRC etc. at all. I just love the manga and I want to bring it to other manga readers to have it too.

I'm sorry again, but it seems that either I don't understand your posts or vice versa. What I meant is I (and my friend) DID translate a new chapter of the manga "Ryuuroden" and now we want to submit it somewhere for readers to download it.

I didn't see anywhere for me to add the release. Does it have to be a mod to add the new release ?
