So, I've just finished watching episode 35, and I was about to cry at the end, because Elizabeth was leaving the Earth forever, after a heartrending parting, and I just couldn't picture Gintama without her...
All this dramatic and emotional built-up... I was thinking "NOOOOOOO ! Elizabeth come back! How can they do this to us?" and then...

THAT WAS GINTAMA TROLLING ALRIGHT. 😀

🤣 Even after 235 episodes, I still don't see it coming. Did you? Or did you figure that they would never get rid of Elizabeth?
Anyway, nice troll, nice ending, Gintama I love you so much... <3

i must say that
that whole arc pissed me off so much

everything about it was bad...no part of it was especially funny and it went on for MANY episodes...and it might have kind of worked out if we actually got something out of it at the end
some form of change...
but no
elizabeth is still with us

i understand why the series died
the new season was shit

i think that is bcoz the manga got sort of shit after the guy who now does sket dance left

You have to expect this in Gintama of course but they are just messing with you ahaha I hope it gets a 3rd Season it deserves it.
