I'm looking for a manga where the Main character has the power to control time with his eye. His brother betrayed all the clan so all other clan are after him. Their someone from another clan with the power to control some kind of element bird (Maybe fire). The manga was discontinue like year or two ago. though i wish it wasn't everyone had some inventive powers.

Edit: almost forgot the main character eye was purple with a clock in it and sometimes he would cry red tears
