I think it was pretty long. The uke or seem was in the hospital and the seme or uke breaks up with the seme or uke then the seme or uke takes a whole bunch of pills after the seme or uke leaves because they don't wan to live on or something like that. Haha sorry for being so confusing. And sorry I don't really know much about the manga...thanks!!

Hurm.... the only manga that I can think of that goes kind of like that is World's End ~ It has been a while since I have read it so I am not 100% sure if that is it or not... either way that manga as well as the prequel Dear Myself is a great read so if you haven't read the series you should give it a try. ^.^
