in an old thread(which i can't find 🙁 ) about showing off gifs and sigs everybody made somebody recommended to me a gif making(and general image) program. i believe it was image somethig and the main screen consisted of a a red circle with all the aspects of the program.

if anyone could help me that'd be great
or if you know of a good freeware program
