I really really dig this manga. I didn't start it for a long time because i am not a big fan of sports manga and thought it would be the usual stuff.

Anyway, my favorite sub plot is the one with the high school drop out and the girl he disabled. I really wish them well. Its rare for me to feel so much compasion for manga characters, but they got me routing for them.
The wheelchair basketball guys aren't my favorites, i just don't dig people who put so much ambition into sports. The love story between the coach and the guy is sort of intresting, wonder how it will play out in the end.
                       anyway, any thoughts you guys?

I've read all of Inoue Takekehiko's works, this manga may even beat slam dunk in the end,
so far there isn''t all that much basketball played in the manga, it empathizes on character development on a psychological level, you don't see that in every sports manga

I'm getting addicted to this manga that I stalk Inoue's website and twitter frequently to get updated on his works. I've also read Slam Dunk and Vagabond, bu REAL is my fave.
