So, the Yaoi is about twins, they are basically the same but one is considered more cute and charming than the other and the other is more protective. The cute one is noticed by an upper class man and the cute one has a lot of fans. The not as cute one get terribly bullies but he tries to let his brother find out.
The reason why the older one is so protective is the cuter one almost got kidnapped. However, the cuter one is using this to his advantage because he doesn't want his brother to be known as cute. He would rather have his brother miserable and by his side than not have his brother.
I'm very sure the twins are not sexually active because one is very innocent ( the not as cute one) and one knows what he wants (the cute one) .
