What happened to chapter 15 & 16....

umm... i dunno if anybody noticed, but chapter 15 & 16 are not scanlated. so um, will those chapter be scanlated? i may hav misread the release date or sumthing, just asking.

I'ts because for some reason MahouX/FH and SCXdoesn't wanna do 'em...yet.
Nevertheless, this sorta questions shouldn't be asked on the forums :\
